Italimpainti Fume Scrubber for Acid Fumes TLF/500 New 2010

The tower is used to neutralize acid fumes. It is made out of polypropylene sheets and has a sprayer to spray a 600 mm thick layer of raschig rings inside of the main body of the scrubber. A second 200 mm thick layer of raschig rings has been placed above the sprayer.

A container for the neutralization solution is positioned beneath the tower and has a pump to recycle the solution. This scrubber is also fitted with a special vacuum system used to load and transfer acid solutions to and from our gold refining plants, model IAO10.
