N.12 controlled axes available, driven by brushless motors, controlled by computerized numerical control for carrying out diamond cutting on flat and convex wedding-rings and bangles:

• Axis 01 - Pincer rotation with pneumatic clamping system
• Axis 02 - Gradient divider for tilting movement.
• Axis 03 - Traslation divider for item centering and fine positioning
• Axis 04 - Table rotation for angular positioning
• Axis 05 - Heads lateral traslation with fine positioning
• Axis 06 - Vertical head displacement with controlled speed and positioning
• Axis 07 - Horizontal head displacement with cotrolled speed and positioning
• Axis 08 - Heads rotation with high stability at maximum speed
• Axis 09 - Radius setting for automatic fine positioning of different sizes of product

Numerical control, managed by PC interface, working under Windows with unlimited programs saving. Software package installed in an industrial PC with the following characteristics:
