GIOTTO VM/LP1 CNC is an innovative patented solution for the creation of design objects starting from semi-finished parts of gold or other precious metals; it is a small CNC device operating on three axes and able to realize engraving, sculptures and process of great precision. The device is particularly suited to work on spherical, semi-spherical or elliptical surfaces ensuring high quality standards. A tool of appropriate size and shape and mounted on a high speed spindle plays a geometry realized through a CAD/CAM system. The loading of the program is simple and easy using the USB port. The object to be processed can be loaded manually or through an automated system that positions it perfectly in axis with the tailstock support. GIOTTO CNC can also be used to perform drilling and cutting surfaces having a thickness up to 1 mm. There is no limitation to the minimum wall thickness.
