TVN HYDRAULIC POINTING MACHINE Model AT/1



This Machine has been constructed to create points on big diameter tubes to put then into dies.

Technical Data:

  • Power of pressing: 50 ton. to 400 bar.
  • Dies: 4 sets with 8 jawes each, easy to change (16-22-30-38).
  • Automation: once reached the pressing's diameter planed on the graduated nonius, a microswitch stops the electric engine and re-establish it when commanding the descent, is released.
  • Running-stop switch.
  • Speed: fast starting with low pressure pump and pressing with high pressure pump.
  • Installated horse power: 2 HP (1,5 KW) - 230/400 V. 50 HZ. Three-phase.
  • Oil tank: 15 LT.
