Description:

This plating plant is made out of polypropylene. The nickel plating tank
is equipped with cathodic bar movement. The solution is heated by
resistances with quartz sheaths and the temperature is controlled by an
electric thermometer. A 200 amper-20 volts diode rectifier supplies the
current to the plant and includes all required controls.
The plant is also equipped with a filter pump to filter the nickel plating
solution. Four nickel anodes are included in the plant.

This plant is used to obtain:
⇒ two gold plating colors
⇒ silver plating

It is built in selfextinguishing polypropylene.

The machine is composed off :

n. 1 50 Lts degreasing tank.
n. 1 tank with two internal division for:
- rinsing in running water
- neutralization
- rinsing in distilled water.
n. 1 30 Lts gold plating tank.
n. 1 tank with two internal division for:
- recovery in water
- recovery in water
- rinsing in running water.
n. 1 30 lts gold plating tank
n. 1 50 lts presilvering tank
n. 1 50 lts silver plating tank
- filter pump
- cathodic bar oscillation
n.1 tank with two internal divisions for
- washing
- recovery
- recovery

Agitation mechanism: The silver plating tank is provided with an agitation mechanism cathodic bar.
Discharge: The degreasing, gold, pre-silver, and silver plating tanks are provided with an outlet valve, while the others
have an overflow.
Rectifiers: The degreasing and pre-silver plating tanks are provided with a diode rectifier of 150 A 8 V . Gold and
silver plating tanks are provided with a 10 V and 100 A electronic rectifier. All electronic rectifiers are
automatically regulated and ensure a perfect voltage stabilization even in the presence of possible
un-balances either of supply or of load.
Anodes: The degreasing, gold, pre-silver plating tanks are equipped with stainless steel anodes.
Filter pumps: The silver plating tank is provided with filter pump (one for each tank)
Control devices: The gold and silver plating tanks are provided with an Amper-minute-meter. The plant is also provided
with all the working and control devices such as amperemeter and voltmeter.
